OUR PROCESS
The growing of agave for tequila is much like growing a fine wine. Many factors affect its flavor, from the elevation to the consistency of the soil to the weather patterns in a specific part of the growing region.
Uniquely Fermented for Flavor
Our 100% blue agave tequila is fermented using our proprietary creative fermentation process. This method makes the yeast more active across our vats, allowing it to create flavor notes that are unique to our tequila.
Extra Filtered for Ultra Purity
After refining it through double distillation, we add sparkling water, then double filter the complete beverage to ensure purity and an optimal blending of ingredients. The result is the only sparkling tequila fine enough to be called Azulana.
